Step 1: HERITAGE LOGISTICS CARRIER-BROKER AGREEMENT
- Upon receipt of the first Heritage Logistics assignment request, review the Heritage Logistics Carrier-Broker Agreement within the Trux Drive desktop or mobile application. Upon signing, carriers will be emailed the signed copy of this agreement.

Step 2: HERITAGE CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE

For Heritage Logistics, LLC, please contact your insurance agent to request a Certificate of Insurance to include at a minimum the following:

Auto Liability $1,000,000 Per Occurrence

Certificate of Insurance with Heritage Logistics, LLC named as additional insured

Have your insurance agent email the above Certificate of Insurance to insurance@truxnow.com.

Certificates of Insurance must be received by Trux within 10 days following signature of the Heritage Logistics agreement for carriers to continue receiving Heritage Logistics assignment requests.
- Carriers are invited to begin this process in advance of their effective date by following Step 2 above.
- NOTE: You are required to provide two Certificates of Insurance moving forward, one for Heritage Logistics, LLC and one for Trux, Inc.
